Do I need to bring my own instruments?
We do suggest bringing your own drums, rattles, & shakers. HOWEVER, there is no need for all participants to have a drum or instrument in hand – as you are encouraged to explore the possibilities of expression through voice & body-percussion – to be Your own instruments.
Do I need to have experience in drumming or singing to join?
Nope. You have everything you need in this now moment & your complete curiosity is what will activate you into YOUR next level, ancestral knowing. Plus… we’ll help guide the way. Everyone has the capacity & ability to flow into the zone & access new layers, levels, heights & depths through this ancient, cosmic, rhythmic medicine prayer.
