Self-Transcendence: The overcoming of the limits of the individual self and its desires in spiritual contemplation and realization.

YOU are the Channel. As we walk & dance along the Awakening Pathway, our direct & eternal connection to Source & the Essence of our Soul is what activates & opens the Divine Channel within each of us – allowing flow state, self-discovery, & multidimensional expression.

ECSTATIC DANCE as a modality is truly just a concept, a way of experiencing ourselves in a playful, judgement-free container that allows us to explore what it is that our energies, emotions, & physical vessels require as medicine in the moment. There is never any expectation to “feel blissful” or joyful or any particular kind of way. In fact, many people experience significant somatic-emotional releases on the dance floor – crying, roaring, & laughing are common expressions.

Ecstatic Dance can be whatever you want or need it to be. It is both an inward, Soul Journey, & also a supportive community circle.
